We are first cousins and have been researching our own families now for over thirty years, so began in the days before the Internet, census indexes and rapid email response. Over the years, we have learnt most of the pitfalls of research and hit many brick walls, but have found ways to overcome numerous obstacles. We have also completed extensive research for friends and acquaintances, as well as helping other researchers.
